Terms of Service

I have the right to refuse your request. I can reject your commission request for any reason, especially if I feel I cannot execute your request well or do not have time to complete it.

Payments will be done through Paypal invoice or Stripe only, payment will be in USD.

There are no refunds unless I am unable to complete your request or if work on the piece hasn't been started. In the case of Vtuber/Live2d commissions, if you decide to cancel I can offer 50% refund on initial payments, ONLY if they are not completed (see commission page for details). No refunds will be given for completed works.

By default I will use completed commissions as art examples on my social media and website. Please state if you do not want me posting your requested work online.

For vtuber models, I can keep the model private for 2 months after delivery (negotiable) while you plan debut. I will show the model for my portfolio after this waiting period. If I have done the art only, I will hold for 2 months while you find a rigger and then we can discuss their turnaround time. Longer periods of privacy may incur additional fees.

Do not claim works as your own. Credit for streaming assets must be given on social media platforms that feature the work (eg. in Twitch panels). Do not trace or alter works.

Do not use works in AI or NFT projects.
